Vineyard

Climate and soils of Alto Cachapoal were studied for a period of two years in search for potencial cepages.

The fresh condition, foothill location, a high thermal oscillation, afternoon winds and low fertility alluvial soils, placed Syrah, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon blanc as promising cepages.
